Andrew Palmiscno

Andrew Palmiscno is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in information technology and software solutions. Currently serving as the Chief Information Officer and Director of IT and Software Solutions at the Energy & Environmental Research Center since November 2015, Andrew previously held positions such as Associate Director for Development and Architecture at the University of Colorado Boulder and Manager of Research Information Systems at the Energy & Environmental Research Center. Andrew's earlier roles include Programmer/Analyst positions at UND-EERC and Minnesota Life. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems from the University of North Dakota.
