Catherine Cormican has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Catherine began their career in 2008 as a Children's Club Instructor, Pool Guard, and Swimming Instructor at Clonakilty Park Leisure Club, where they worked until 2012. In 2013, they served as an Intern Community Health Worker at Health Action Zone. Catherine then joined Abtran in 2014 as a Customer Service Advisor before moving to eBay in 2015. At eBay, they worked as a Top Customer Care Teammate, handling phone and email queries from eBay Top Traders in the UK and Ireland. Catherine achieved quality, satisfaction, and metric-driven targets while also undergoing constant training to stay updated with company changes. In 2017, Catherine joined Energy Locals as a Business to Business Administrator and later became a Customer Service Team Lead in 2022. Catherine'sroles at Energy Locals are ongoing. Overall, Catherine has gained valuable experience in customer service, administration, and community health throughout their career.
Catherine Cormican pursued their education at University College Cork from 2010 to 2014, obtaining a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Public Health. Furthermore, they obtained an ECDL certification from ECDL in May 2010.
