Luke Melisi has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Luke currently serves as a Director on the Board of Directors for Kooringal Golf Club. Previously, they were the Chief Commercial Officer at Energy Locals from 2016 onwards. Before that, they worked at EnergyAustralia, where they held several positions, including Partnership Development Lead and Business Improvement Manager. Luke also worked as a Management Consultant at SMS Management & Technology, where they engaged with multiple organizations such as EnergyAustralia, Citipower/Powercor, Telstra Retail, and Telstra Strategy Delivery. Prior to this, they worked at Banco Santander as a Performance Improvement Manager and Root Cause Analysis & Reporting Manager. Luke's earlier experience includes roles at Moto Hospitality, Charles Schwab, National Westminster Bank Plc, and Trailcard. In these positions, they gained expertise in customer service, complaint handling, and operational performance improvement.
