Travis Kratcha has extensive experience in project management, labor procurement, and promotional activities within the fishing industry. Currently serving as a Labor Buyer for Energy Management Collaborative since May 2022, Travis focuses on developing and maintaining labor partner relationships. Previously, as a Project Manager at Odyssey Commercial Interiors from October 2016 to May 2022, responsibilities included overseeing projects from initiation to completion and coordinating labor resources. Travis also held roles as a Field Manager, Lead Installer, and Facilities Assistant, showcasing a strong background in installation management and facilities assistance. Additionally, involvement with Clam Outdoors since October 2015 emphasizes a commitment to promoting the fishing industry. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design from North Dakota State University.
