Ben Kremer is an accomplished software engineering manager with extensive experience in leading engineering teams and delivering effective software solutions. Currently serving as the Software Engineering Manager at Energy Solutions since December 2017, Kremer has successfully guided engineers to maximize their potential and foster a productive work environment. Promoted from Senior Software Engineer due to exceptional performance, Kremer has been involved in diverse projects utilizing Django, Python, and React. Prior experience includes managing web teams at Prism Skylabs, where responsibilities encompassed camera provisioning and data management for a vast network of IoT devices, as well as a web architecture role at RocketSpace Inc. and ownership of Kremer Design LLC, a graphic design and web development firm. Ben Kremer holds a BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Minnesota Duluth and a Software Engineering degree from RocketU.
