Prior to this role, Andrei was with Phillips 66 from January 2019 to September 2021, where responsibilities included leading the IT PMO Team as a Senior Project Manager and serving as a Project Manager. Earlier in his career, Andrei was the Lead Software Development Manager at Solid Software Solutions, LLC from March 1999 to March 2012 and a Senior Software Engineer at MetaLab Inc. from August 1997 to March 1999. Andrei holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Electrical Engineering from Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University.
