Jeff Emblen

Jeff Emblen is an experienced project director and manager in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as the Project Director at Energy Transfer since November 2024. Emblen oversees capital pipeline projects involving natural gas, liquids, and crude oil across the continental United States, ensuring coordination with various internal departments for successful project execution. Previously, Emblen held roles as Senior Project Manager and Project Manager at Enterprise Products, providing technical support for pipeline and terminal construction. Experience also includes positions as Pipeline Integrity Engineer and Project Manager at Plains All American, and Pipeline Engineer at Genesis Energy, with a strong focus on capital investment projects and engineering support. Early career experience includes managing pipeline pre-commissioning and inspection projects with Weatherford International. Emblen holds a BS in Operations Research - Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and completed additional training through Petroleum Extension at The University of Texas at Austin.
