Bill Bakken serves as EnergyCAP’s Chief Customer Officer, leading the CAPture Services BPO, Customer Success, and Support teams. He works to ensure they deliver value to the customers, create meaningful partnerships, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Bill brings over 22 years of leadership experience, rapidly scaling multiple SaaS, managed services, and hosting services businesses.

Prior to joining EnergyCAP, Bill served as COO at SambaSafety. At SambaSafety, he scaled multiple business functions, established the Customer Success team and improved BPO services and customer retention.

Bill received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin.
