Andrew Baker is an accomplished professional in the high voltage and energy sectors, currently serving as the Substation Maintenance and Refurbishment Manager at Enerven since January 2017. In this role, Andrew oversees critical projects related to the ElectraNet Transmission Substation Maintenance portfolio, ensuring optimal reliability, safety, and performance. Prior to this, Andrew held various positions, including Technical Delivery Manager and Package Works Supervisor at SA Power Networks, where complex high voltage infrastructure projects were managed using the PMBOK framework. With experience as a Substation Maintenance Team Leader at both Power and Water Corporation and SA Power Networks, Andrew has demonstrated expertise in leading teams, enhancing operational efficiency, and navigating challenging environments. Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of South Australia, Andrew is dedicated to continuous professional development in the energy sector.
