Leonardo Duarte

Leonardo Duarte is an experienced professional in the fields of engineering and facilities management, currently serving as an Especialista Adm - Facilities at Eneva since August 2020, where Leonardo has progressed through various roles including Analista Adm Senior and Analista Adm Pleno. Prior to Eneva, Leonardo worked as an Engenheiro Projetista at V&N Projetos Inteligentes, focusing on architectural, structural, and foundation project development. Their career also includes a role as Auxiliar de engenharia at AlphaGeo Fundações LTDA, where Leonardo managed geotechnical services and customer relations, and as a Vendedor at ALves e Chaves LTDA, responsible for retail sales and inventory control. Leonardo holds an MBA in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and is pursuing a master's degree in civil engineering with an emphasis on structures from Universidade Federal do Pará, having previously earned a bachelor's degree in Engineering from Universidade da Amazônia.
