Marcella Amarante

Marcella Amarante is a Senior Corporate Lawyer at Eneva since October 2021 and also serves as a volunteer English teacher at Cidadão Pró-Mundo. Previously, Marcella held positions as a Corporate Lawyer at Finocchio & Ustra Sociedade de Advogados and as a Capital Markets Lawyer at Pinheiro Neto Advogados. Earlier experience includes civil litigation as a Legal Intern at Motta Fernandes Rocha - Advogados. Marcella's education includes a postgraduate degree in Business Law from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor of Laws from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro. Currently, studies are being pursued at COPPEAD UFRJ with an anticipated completion in February 2024.
