Paul Meertens

Paul Meertens has extensive experience in financial control, reporting, and accounting, having held various senior roles at Enexis Groep since January 2005, including Senior Financial Controller, Senior Medewerker External Reporting en Accounting, and Senior Medewerker Planning en Reporting. Notable achievements include the nomination of the ENEXIS annual report for the FD Henri Sijthoff Prize in 2016. Prior to Enexis, Paul worked at Essent and held significant positions such as Medewerker Rapportage en Informatievoorziening and Senior Medewerker Financial Accounting. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at MEGA Limburg and foundational roles at NV PLEM, encompassing various aspects of financial management and reporting. Paul Meertens holds a Bachelor of Science degree from LOI Hogeschool and has completed advanced education in Analytics Business Intelligence and external reporting standards.
