Scott Britt is an experienced operations manager with a diverse background in the energy and service sectors. Currently serving as Manager of TPO Operations at EnFin since January 2024, Scott previously held the position of Director of Post-Installation Operations at Energy Service Partners from December 2021 to August 2023. At Empire Solar Group from November 2018 to December 2021, Scott significantly contributed to the establishment of departments for project coordination, document processing, and corporate training, enhancing operational efficiency across approximately 1200 job portfolios. Prior experiences include roles at Tesla, Bend Electric Bikes, Sunriver Resort, and EnSave, Inc., where Scott developed skills in customer service, field representation, and energy efficiency consulting. Scott holds a Bachelor's degree with a double major in Government and Religious Studies from Connecticut College.
