Swara Vaidya is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality engineering and supply chain management. Currently serving as an Industry Innovation Consultant at enFocus Inc since March 2024, Swara previously held roles such as a Student Worker at Aramark, where training new team members and customer service excellence were key responsibilities. We bring an “entrepreneurial focus” to communities employing recent graduates to work on innovation projects through internships or two-year Fellowships.
