Claudia Piscitelli is an experienced professional in communications and digital strategy, currently serving as Chief Experience Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at Engage Squared since July 2019. Prior roles include Senior Communications Analyst at the Department of Health & Human Services, where responsibilities encompassed managing change communications for the Office 365 roll-out, and Knowledge Management Specialist at Telstra, focusing on content creation for a new content management system. Claudia's prior experience also includes positions as Digital Communications Adviser at North Western Melbourne Primary Health Network, Communications Consultant at Ellis Jones, Project Officer for Online Communications at Continence Foundation of Australia, and Autism Advisor at Amaze Inc. Claudia holds a Graduate Diploma in Communications from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Behavioural Studies with a major in psychology from Swinburne University of Technology.
