Andrew Tomlinson FRAeS CEng GCGI BSc(Hons) serves as the Deputy Head of Engineering and leads both the Aviation/Air Domain and Rotary-Wing Domain at Engage Technical Solutions Ltd since October 2022. Prior to this role, Andrew amassed significant experience in the Royal Air Force from September 2016 to November 2022, holding various leadership positions including Officer Commanding Engineering Support Squadron and Future Capability Programme Officer. Andrew also contributed to the Royal Navy in different capacities between 2008 and 2016, including roles as Engineering Project Officer and Operations Manager. Andrew holds a BSc(Hons) in Engineering Management Studies from the University of Portsmouth, along with several project management certifications and engineering qualifications.
