David Gagen

David Gagen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the Defence sector, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Engage Technical Solutions Ltd since April 2013. Engage is an independent consultancy focused on logistics, logistics Information Systems, engineering, and project management. Previously, Gagen held the role of Director for Defence & Security Markets at Harmonic Limited, where significant contributions included managing key accounts that accounted for over 30% of the company's revenue. Gagen's earlier career includes roles such as Contractor in Software Asset Management at Engage Technical Solutions and Director of Operations at Systems Consultants Services Ltd, where P&L responsibility for multiple business units was maintained. With a military background as a Lt Col in the British Army, Gagen has expertise in engineering support and project management. Gagen holds a Master of Science in Defence Technology from Cranfield and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Liverpool John Moores University.
