Larry Schwartz

Larry Schwartz is an experienced professional in process quality assurance and optimization within IT and government services. Currently serving as the Process Quality Assurance Lead at PSEG Long Island LLC since March 2023, Larry provides strategic leadership based on CMMI standards. Previously, as Director of the Office of Process Excellence at MAXIMUS Federal Services, Larry focused on best practices implementation aligned with ISO and CMMI standards. Additional roles include Quality Assurance Manager at 2020 Company, LLC, and various positions at USi, AT&T, IntelliDyne, Keane Federal Systems, IBM, and Smart House, spanning over two decades of expertise in process improvement, quality oversight, and training. Larry holds a degree from McDaniel College, obtained between 1973 and 1977.
