Jeevithan K has over 8 years of work experience. In 2013, they began their career as a Client Support Representative at Dell. In 2015, they moved to Accenture in India as an IT Operations Analyst. In 2016, they became a Product Specialist at Replicon. In 2019, they joined Engagedly Inc as a Senior Consultant Implementation and Training, a Consultant Implementation and Training, and a Customer Success Manager. In 2022, they moved to Zluri as a Lead - Implementation and to Engagedly Inc as a Product Trainer.

Jeevithan K has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software and Media Applications from AISECT University. Jeevithan also holds two additional certifications from the Tom Giberson PhD Leadership Institute and Human Capital Institute (HCI). The certifications, Aspiring Leader Coaching and Change Management for HR (CMHR), were obtained in August 2021.
