Juan David Hurtado is a Business Unit Director for MEP Coordination & Fabrication at ENG, currently overseeing MEP coordination and fabrication services in AEC projects in the USA. Prior to this role, Juan worked as a BIM Manager at Constructora Bolívar S.A., leading the BIM adoption within the company. Juan David also served as a Senior Engineer at Construcciones Planificadas S.A., managing HVAC designs and implementing BIM workflows. Juan has a background in research and teaching, having worked as a Researcher and Professor at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, specializing in BIM technologies. Juan David holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Specialist degree in Mechanical Design from Universidad EAFIT.
