Cathy Scaggs

Cathy Scaggs is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in education and real estate. Currently serving as a Real Estate Advisor at Engel & Völkers since June 2024, Cathy previously worked as a Realtor at Equity Colorado from January 2021 to June 2024. Before transitioning to real estate, Cathy taught English as a Second Language at VIPKid and served as a substitute teacher for Frisco ISD. Notably, Cathy has significant experience in special education, having taught various social studies subjects at Centennial High School and World History to middle school students at Grace Covenant Academy. Cathy's educational background includes Bachelor's Degrees in Special Education and Physical Education from Hardin-Simmons University, along with relevant studies at Northern Michigan University.
