Nathalie Du Four's work experience includes working as the Head of People & Talent Acquisition at ENGIE Laborelec since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at ENGIE Belgium from 2011 to 2022, where they held various roles such as Agile Coach for the Marketing & Sales Tribe Organization and Senior Business Quality Consultant for Marketing & Sales at ENGIE Electrabel. Before joining ENGIE Belgium, Nathalie worked as a Senior Recruiter Consultant for the Energy & IT sector at various companies including Electrabel, GRH Management, People & Technology, and Harvey Nash from 1999 to 2011.

Nathalie Du Four completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Management from HOGENT from 1996 to 1999. In 2015, they obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources from Vlerick Business School. Nathalie also attended HRD Academy in 2015 and received certification as a Job Coach in Human Resources Development. Nathalie pursued further education in the field of Health and Wellness, obtaining various certifications as an Allround Voedingsconsulent, Afslankingsconsultent, Natuurvoedingsconsulent, Sportvoedingsadviseur, and Kindervoedingsadviseur from Centrum Voor Afstandsonderwijs in 2022. Nathalie also completed their high school education with a focus on Sports and Exercise at Parnas from 1993 to 1999. Nathalie obtained additional certifications in Loopbaan professional and Master in Human Resources.
