Oussama Bidara is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the energy and consulting sectors. Currently serving as the AMEA Regional Manager at ENGIE Laborelec since January 2021, Oussama previously held the position of Dubai Branch General Manager at Elia Grid International from April 2014 to December 2020. Oussama also worked as a Business Development Manager for Elia Grid International and Elia itself, focusing on infrastructure management and market facilitation within the electricity transmission sector. Earlier roles include a Business Consultant at Heartbeat Experts and IT Manager at Altran. Oussama holds a Master of Engineering from Ecole polytechnique de Bruxelles, a Complementary Master in Business Management from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, and completed a Leadership Transition program at INSEAD.
