Thomas Fabritius

Thomas Fabritius serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Engie Renewables Europe, overseeing a business unit focused on onshore and offshore wind, solar, and hydroelectric production across eight countries, generating revenues of €2 billion and managing an installed capacity of 15 GW with a workforce of 3,000 employees. With a notable background in operational performance, energy management, and business development, Thomas has driven significant performance improvements while upholding high health and safety, operational, and financial standards. Previous roles include Global Head of Operational Performance at Engie Renewables, positions in corporate strategy at GDF SUEZ Trading, power trading at Electrabel, and portfolio management at GDFSuez, complemented by initial experience as an analyst at EDF Energy. Thomas holds degrees from École Polytechnique and Imperial College London.
