Xavier Thomas is an experienced HR Privacy Manager at ENGIE since July 2019, focusing on ensuring trust and transparency in HR data usage through compliance and personal data protection. Previously, Xavier held roles including HR Chief Data Officer and Privacy Manager, where responsibilities involved creating value through responsible data usage in HR and balancing a data-driven approach with data protection regulations.
