Jon Green has extensive experience in civil engineering, land surveying, structural, and environmental services. Since January 2001, Jon Green has served as President of Engineering Resource Associates, Inc. Prior to this role, Jon Green was a Project Manager at Landmark Engineering from 1993 to 2000, where responsibilities included civil engineering and land surveying services. Jon Green earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Valparaiso University, graduating in 1992, and continued education at Benedictine University between 1993 and 1995.

Founded in 1990, Engineering Resource Associates, Inc. (ERA) is a full-service civil engineering, structural design, environmental science and surveying firm serving clients throughout the Midwest.
