Prior to this, Milica worked as an HR Associate at Workforce Serbia where she was responsible for recruiting candidates for various positions. Milica also has experience as an HR Intern at the same company. She holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from the University of Belgrade. Prior to her career in HR, Milica volunteered at the New Belgrade Youth office.
