Heather Slatton

Heather Slatton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and marketing. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Business Development & Marketing at Engineering Systems Inc. (ESi) since January 2012, Heather is responsible for client relationship management, brand strategy, and event coordination, alongside developing business growth strategies. Heather previously held the position of Senior Business Development Specialist and Director of Public Relations for the Mercer University Baseball Team, where organizational promotions and player-student relationships were key focuses. Earlier experience includes a marketing and sales internship at University Directories, where Heather assisted local businesses in developing marketing plans targeting the Mercer community. Heather earned a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Management from Mercer University in 2012.
