Jason Hardin

Jason Hardin is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technical support and operations management. Currently serving as IT Operations Manager at Engineering Systems Inc. since March 2016, Jason has also held several positions within the company, including IT Helpdesk Manager, IT Helpdesk Supervisor, Senior Helpdesk Specialist, and IT Support Specialist. Prior to ESi, Jason worked at NB&T as a Senior Helpdesk Technician and gained experience at AT&T as a Tech Support Engineer. Earlier career roles include Network Technician at Nokia Siemens Networks and Helicopter Mechanic and Computer Technician in the US Army. Jason holds an Associate's degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix, earned between 2009 and 2011.
