Alexandra Sparvell serves as the General Manager of Engineering Talent at Engineers Australia, a role held since September 2002, with responsibilities including enhancing the uptake of credentials within the engineering sector and fostering partnerships with engineering employers. Previously, Alexandra held positions including National Manager Business Development and National Industry Relationship Manager, focusing on industry relationships and collaboration in Western Australia. In addition, Alexandra manages finance and sponsorship for the WA Division and oversees media relations, notably producing the annual Engineering Week Supplement. Since June 2016, Alexandra has also served as General Manager at Engineering Education Australia, working to provide skills products and services that enhance the competitiveness of engineers and engineering organizations. Alexandra obtained a Master’s Degree in Business Leadership from Curtin University between 2010 and 2016.
