Rick Muse

Rick Muse is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in collection management across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Collections at Engle Martin & Associates since November 2018, Rick oversees collection functions and staff management. Prior to this role, Rick worked at Ciox Health for over eight years as a Senior Collection Manager, managing a substantial portfolio and training new employees. Rick's earlier positions include National Collection Manager at Avon Products NA, where responsibilities included managing collection agencies and handling operational management.
