Daisy Poole

Daisy Poole is an accomplished professional in commercial development and management with extensive experience in the heritage and cultural sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Commercial Development at English Heritage since December 2021, Daisy is responsible for strategic direction in Brand Licensing, Venue Hire, and Holiday Cottages, while managing a team of national managers to drive profitability. Previously, as the National Venue Hire Manager at English Heritage, Daisy co-authored and implemented a five-year growth strategy for Venue Hire. Daisy's prior roles include Membership & Travel Trade Manager at Chester Zoo, where membership increased significantly, Acting Head of Retail & Admissions at Imperial War Museums with oversight of multiple retail branches, Head of Retail at the Barbican Centre focusing on brand development, and Assistant Merchandiser at the Natural History Museum, managing diverse retail operations.
