Liz Cochlin is a seasoned technology leader currently serving as a Board Member at the Data Science Academy of Cardiff University since January 2025 and as the Head of Technology Services at English Heritage since June 2022. With a robust background in IT operations, cyber security, project management, and strategic governance, Liz oversees a team of over 60 professionals at English Heritage, driving a significant digital transformation initiative. Previous roles include Head of IT PMO and Governance at Admiral Money, Senior Project Manager at Target Group and Atradius, and Programme Manager at Pearson plc, where Liz managed complex projects employing PRINCE2 and Agile methodologies. Additionally, Liz contributes to the advancement of women in technology as a mentor with the Reed Technology Leadership Practice. Academic credentials include an MBA from the University of Wales, Newport, and a postgraduate diploma in Marketing from Coleg Glan Hafren.
