With a career spanning over a decade, Richard previously held roles as Senior Q & HSE Engineer at KCA Deutag and Pride HSE, contributing expertise in risk analysis, HSE incident management, and coordination of HSE work with suppliers. Richard's experience includes consulting for Statoil and Talisman Energy, where responsibilities involved overseeing drilling operations and safety activities. Richard's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Quality and Safety Engineering from Western Norway University of Applied Sciences and a technical college degree in Logistics from Bergen Maritime.
