Clinton Monk has a diverse work experience in software engineering and leadership roles. Clinton worked at Enigma as a Senior Software Engineer, where they developed an API for screening transactions and accounts against watchlists. Clinton also served as a People Lead, overseeing 7 engineers. In addition, they worked as a Technical Lead and Senior Software Engineer, designing and maintaining a client risk assessment solution. At Lockheed Martin, Clinton worked as a Technical Lead, Senior Staff Software Engineer, leading a team and migrating to AWS. Clinton also had experience as a Deputy Capture Manager, contributing to technical workshops and design narratives. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer, focusing on data collection, NLP analytics, and translation workflow applications. Clinton's skills include software development, technical leadership, project coordination, and team management.

Clinton Monk completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Arkansas, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Clinton then pursued further education and obtained a Master's Degree in Applied Mathematics from The Johns Hopkins University between 2012 and 2014.
