Sandra Lillienberg has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Sandra began their career in 2008 at EnterCard, where they held various positions such as Customer Service handler, Salesperson, and Supervisor in Outbound Calls - Collection. In 2012, they transitioned to SEB as a Financial Advisor in Retail Banking before returning to EnterCard as a Trainee in Analytical Orientation and later as an Analyst in New Customer Marketing - Group Analytics.

From 2015 to 2019, Sandra worked at Nordnet Bank AB, where they served as a Senior Process Optimization Analyst for Personal Loans and later as a Product Owner for Bank & Lending. During this time, they were responsible for managing partner contracts, prioritizing backlog implementations, and acting as a point of contact for stakeholders.

In 2019, Sandra joined ICA Banken as a Product Manager for Mortgages, responsible for executing the product vision and strategy and driving the delivery team to create a digital customer experience.

Sandra then moved on to EPPARG - European Pensions and Property Asset Release Group in 2021, where they held the position of Associate Director.

Currently, Sandra is working as the Head of Operations at Bluestep Bank, responsible for managing the Swedish Operational business. Prior to this, they were the Head of Sales and Head of Equity Release at 60plusbanken, both roles within Bluestep Bank.

Throughout their career, Sandra has gained experience in team management, P&L responsibility, product development, stakeholder management, and process optimization.

Sandra Lillienberg completed the Amazing Women Program in Leadership at Amazing Leaders in 2022. In 2012, they studied the Chinese language for beginners I+II, totaling 30 credit points at Stockholm University. Sandra also spent the academic year 2011-2012 as an exchange student at Sun Yat-sen University, focusing on Chinese Studies. In 2009, Sandra obtained a Master of Science in Business and Economics, specializing in Finance, from Stockholm University. Additionally, they obtained a license to conduct mortgage loans from SwedSec Licensiering AB in 2019.
