Enjoy SA is a Chile-based company mainly engaged in the leisure and tourism sectors. The Company specializes, together with its subsidiaries, in the operation and management of gambling hall, hotels, spas, nightclubs, restaurants and other facilities intended for the entertainment and leisure activities. In addition, the Company is active in the real estate sector, as well as the import, export and rental of slot and arcade machines. As of December 31, 2011, the Company owned such subsidiaries as Inversiones Andes Entretencion Ltda, Campos del Norte SA, Enjoy Chile Ltda, Enjoy Club SA, Kuden SA, Masterline SA, Enjoy Gestion Ltda and Inversiones Enjoy SpA, among others. In addition, Inversiones e Inmobiliaria Almonacid Ltda was the Company's majority shareholder with 53.61% of its interest.
