Brock Perkes, CPCU, has extensive experience in client success and management across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Client Success at Enlyte since March 2018, Brock has held multiple roles within the company focused on client services. Prior to Enlyte, Brock was the Director of Admissions at JSerra Catholic High School, overseeing enrollment for 1,200 students and generating over $19 million in revenue while leading a seven-person team. Earlier experience includes participation in GEICO's Emerging Leaders Management Program, where Brock effectively managed three teams in customer service and claims, achieving top-quartile results. Brock holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
