Iñigo Echaniz

Iñigo Echaniz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate venture capital, energy transition, and financial management. Currently a Partner at Alantra Energy Transition since October 2020, Iñigo plays a key role in the Klima fund, focusing on supporting energy-tech companies. Iñigo's experience also includes serving as a Board Member at enmacc and a Board Observer at Meteomatics AG. Prior to these roles, Iñigo was involved in corporate venture capital at Enagás, investing in energy startups, and held positions in corporate development and asset management at various organizations including Hygen and SEaB ENERGY. Earlier career highlights include a Finance Manager role at American Express and strategic consulting at Deloitte. Iñigo holds an MBA from IESE Business School and has participated in exchange programs at Emory University and the University of Technology Sydney.
