Jessica Randall has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over a decade at ENMAX where various roles have included Manager of HR Operations, Employee and Labour Relations Specialist, and HR Project Lead following the acquisition of Versant Power. Responsibilities at ENMAX encompass HR program review and analysis, consultation on the design of new HR initiatives, and leading organizational-wide projects to update corporate policies. Jessica has also managed HR Services operations, implemented internal controls, and optimized processes for efficiency. Prior to ENMAX, Jessica held multiple HR-related roles at TELUS Communications, including HR Analyst and Safety Training Coordinator, focusing on candidate screening, training needs assessment, and compliance.
