Nicholas Winther Skov is an experienced professional in customer experience advisory, currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience Advisory at Ennova since March 2018. With a background that includes roles as Principal Consultant and Senior Project Manager at Ennova, as well as serving as an Analyst in the early stages of their career, Nicholas has developed a strong foundation in delivering fact-based advisory to improve customer experiences across both B2C and B2B industries. Additionally, Nicholas has contributed to academic settings as a guest lecturer on topics such as Customer Excellence and Business Performance Measurement at various universities. Nicholas holds a Master's degree in Economics from Aarhus University and has earned a Level D IPMA Project Management Certification in 2014.
