ENOUGH
Samah Garringer is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the protein and food industries. Currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at ENOUGH since December 2024, Samah drives the company's commercial strategy, focusing on achieving a mission to supply one million tons of mycoprotein within the first decade. In addition, Samah advises Nordzucker AG on its Plant Based Ingredients business unit, which is set to launch a new production site for pea protein concentrate in 2026. Previously, Samah held the position of Vice President for Proteins of the Future at DSM from January 2020 to February 2024, where responsibilities included leading a significant internal initiative for sustainable plant proteins. Prior roles include Senior Director at Avril, managing the development of canola protein products, and Chief Operating Officer at Pyrowave, instrumental in scaling the company from laboratory to commercial operations. Samah holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Economics and Business Administration from The American University in Cairo and completed post-graduate studies in Business Administration at The Canadian Management Institute in Toronto.
