Xiaoqiang Shan is a Principal Test Engineer at ENOVIX Corporation, specializing in cell formation, performance, and process development for manufacturing 3D silicon lithium-ion batteries since December 2021. Prior to this role, Xiaoqiang served as a Materials Research Scientist at Supercon Inc. / Anomet Products, focusing on superconductive metal and alloy materials for medical devices and energy applications from November 2018 to December 2021. Additionally, Xiaoqiang has held research positions at the University of New Hampshire, including Adjunct Research Associate and Research Assistant, working on vanadium-based oxide cathodes for Zn-ion batteries and Mn, Co, Ni based oxides for Na-ion batteries, respectively. Xiaoqiang Shan is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer and Information Technology at the University of Pennsylvania, following a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire and a Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Beijing University of Chemical Technology.
