Gokul Krishnan

Gokul Krishnan is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the energy and technology sectors, currently serving as Vice President and General Manager of the Consumer Business Unit at Enphase Energy since May 2018. In this role, Gokul oversees various initiatives including Portable Energy Station, Bidirectional EV Charging, and global partnerships. Previously, Gokul held several leadership positions at SunEdison, including COO and Vice President of Residential & Small Commercial, and also managed the PV Modules business unit. Early career experience includes a directorial role at Cypress Semiconductor, leading a cross-functional team in capacitive touch products. Gokul's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, an MBA from The Wharton School, a B.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and postdoctoral work at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
