Eric Vaillancourt

Mr. Vaillancourt has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer since November 28, 2021, having served as the Interim President and Chief Executive Officer since August 2, 2021. Prior to his appointment as Interim President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Vaillancourt served as President of the Company’s Sealing Technologies segment since August 26, 2020. Prior to that, Mr. Vaillancourt served as President, of the STEMCO division beginning in July 2018. Prior to that, he served as President, of the Garlock division in November 2014. Since joining the Company in 2009, he has also served as President, of Garlock Sealing Products and as Vice President, Sales, and Marketing of the Garlock division. Prior to joining EnPro in 2009, Mr. Vaillancourt held positions of increasing responsibility with Bluelinx Corporation, culminating in his position as Regional Vice President of North Sales and Distribution.
