Charles Blair

Charles Blair is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and field service within the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as Manufacturing Superintendent at EnQuest Energy Solutions since January 2019, Charles oversees operations for oil field well servicing equipment refurbishments, focusing on Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Previous roles include Field Service Technician at Universal Pressure Pumping, Inc., Roughneck Equipment Field Service Supervisor at PfP Industries, and CT Maintenance Foreman at Legend Energy Services. With a strong background in manufacturing supervision at Surefire Industries, LLC, and Stewart & Stevenson, Charles has demonstrated expertise in managing large teams and implementing quality improvement processes.
