Andrei Popescu, PhD, is the Founder and CEO of SCX Holdings Pte. Ltd, an Alternative Asset Management and Intellectual Property Holding Company, since March 2018. With extensive experience in finance and technology, Andrei serves on the Board of Directors of AQAI Capital, specializing in automated trading strategies, and is a Founding Board Member of RoCham Singapore. Additionally, Andrei holds director positions at SP Virgo Holdings and actively invests as an Angel Investor with TechAngels Romania and SeedInvest. Expertise in Finance, FinTech, and Blockchain is further leveraged through roles at OnFrontiers and GLG. As a member of The Bitcoin Foundation, Andrei contributes to the promotion and understanding of Bitcoin and its technologies.
