Angie O'Neil

Angie O'Neil is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over two decades across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Human Resources Director at Ensemble Health Partners since January 2019, Angie has a strong background in employee transitions, HR initiatives, and strategic collaboration with senior leaders in Revenue Cycle. Previously, Angie held the same title at Mercy Health and served in various HR roles at Target, including Human Resources Manager and HR District Resource/Business Partner, where responsibilities encompassed staffing, employee relations, and operational management for numerous stores. Angie began their career in recruitment as the Student Recruitment Director at Xavier University, where responsibilities included coordinating open houses and scholarship programs.
