Sadanand Acharya

Sadanand Acharya is a seasoned automation engineering professional with extensive experience in robotic process automation (RPA) and systems analysis. Currently serving as the Director of Automation Engineering at Ensemble Health Partners since December 2019, Sadanand leads a diverse team of 17 members and oversees the successful implementation of over 190 automations that process approximately 3 million transactions annually. Previous roles include Senior RPA Developer positions at Verizon and Sun Life, where Sadanand contributed to the establishment of RPA infrastructure and the design of automation solutions. Earlier career experiences include roles as RPA Developer at Travelers and Gallagher, as well as a Senior System Analyst at Marsh & McLennan Companies and a System Configuration Analyst at Aon, demonstrating a strong background in insurance policy life cycle and system requirements gathering. Sadanand holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Anna University Chennai.
