Jaymar Moral

Jaymar O. Moral is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in customer service and team management. Currently serving as Director of Operations at Enshored since November 2022, Jaymar previously held the position of Customer Service Vendor Manager at Shopee from August 2021 to September 2022. Prior experience includes over 13 years at Transcom as Senior Operations Manager, where oversight of recruitment, training, and performance management of team leaders and associates was a key responsibility. Jaymar began the professional journey as a Team Captain at Accenture Inc in 2007, managing a team while focusing on client file processing and new hire training. Education was completed at Cavite State University-Main with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication.
